🎯 Profile Overview

Your Team Connect profile is the foundation of your account. It contains your personal information, business details, and compliance documents needed for regulatory approval.

Complete your profile with business information and documents to purchase UK phone numbers instantly after one-time verification (1-2 business days).

Your profile is divided into several sections, each with completion indicators:

👤 Personal Information Setup

This section contains your basic personal details for account identification and compliance purposes.

Required Fields

Step-by-Step Setup

  1. Select Account Type: Choose "Business" for commercial use or "Personal" for individual use. Business accounts have additional compliance requirements but unlock all features.
  2. Enter Personal Details: Fill in your legal first and last name exactly as they appear on your identity documents.
  3. Verify Email: Use a business email if available. This will receive compliance communications and account notifications.
  4. Add Personal Phone: This should be your personal contact number, not a business line. Include country code (e.g., +44 for UK).
  5. Upload Profile Picture: Optional but recommended. Click the camera icon to upload a professional photo (JPG, PNG up to 5MB).

⚠️ Important Notes

Your personal phone number is used for account security and won't be used for AI services. Make sure it's a number you can receive SMS verification codes on.

📍 Address Information Setup

Address information is required for UK phone number compliance and regulatory verification.

Address Requirements

  1. Use Your Legal Address: Enter the address that matches your identity documents and proof of address documents.
  2. Complete Street Address: Include house number, street name, and any apartment/unit numbers.
  3. Accurate City/Region: Ensure city and region/county are correct for your postal code.
  4. Valid Postal Code: Use the complete UK postal code format (e.g., SK9 3SQ).
  5. Select Correct Country: Currently supports UK addresses for phone number compliance.

🏠 Address Verification

This address must match the address on your proof of address document (utility bill, bank statement, etc.) that you'll upload in the compliance section.

Your main business information is used for Twilio compliance and handles all phone number purchases. Each number can then be allocated to different businesses with their own AI personalities.

This is your primary business used for regulatory compliance. Each phone number can then be allocated to different businesses with their own AI personalities and configurations.

Business Setup Steps

  1. Business Name: Enter your legal business name exactly as it appears on registration documents.
  2. Business Type: Select the category that best describes your business (Technology/Software, Retail, Healthcare, etc.).
  3. Business Address: This can be the same as your personal address for sole traders, or your registered business address.
  4. Business Description: Provide a brief description of your business activities (recommended for compliance).
  5. Business Website: Your business website URL (optional but recommended for credibility).
  6. Registration Number: Your Companies House number (UK) or equivalent business registration ID.

While you have one main business for compliance, you can configure each phone number with different business personalities, names, and AI behaviors.

SMS Setup Steps

  1. Enable SMS Capability: Click "Get SMS Number" to acquire a UK mobile number for your AI.
  2. Number Assignment: You'll receive a dedicated UK mobile number (e.g., +44 7853 310 639).
  3. Test the Service: Use the "📧 Test SMS" button to send a test message to yourself.
  4. Configure AI Instructions: Set up when and how your AI should use SMS during calls.
  5. Monitor Usage: Use "📊 View History" to track SMS usage and delivery.

💬 SMS Integration

Once active, your AI can automatically send SMS messages during voice calls based on your configured triggers and customer requests.

⚠️ SMS Charges

SMS messages are charged per message sent. UK SMS typically costs around £0.05 per message. Monitor your usage in the history section.

Upload required documents for UK Twilio regulatory bundle. Documents are encrypted and stored securely for compliance verification only.

Requirements: PDF, JPG, PNG up to 10MB. Must be clear, current, and show your full name matching your profile.

🏠 Address Proof Document (Required)

Requirements: Must be from the last 3 months, show your name and address matching your profile. PDF, JPG, PNG up to 10MB.

Upload Process

  1. Prepare Documents: Scan or photograph documents clearly. Ensure all text is readable and corners are visible.
  2. File Format: Convert to PDF, JPG, or PNG. Keep file size under 10MB per document.
  3. Upload Identity: Click "🆔 Upload Identity Document" and select your passport or driving license.
  4. Upload Address Proof: Click "🏠 Upload Address Proof" and select a recent utility bill or bank statement.
  5. Add Business Docs: Optionally upload business registration and additional supporting documents.
  6. Review and Submit: Check all uploads are clear and information matches your profile before submitting.

• Ensure all four corners are visible
• Keep documents flat (no folds or wrinkles)
• Use high resolution (300 DPI or higher for scans)

  5. Final Confirmation: Type your password and confirm deletion if you're certain.

🕐 Deletion Timeline

Account deletion is immediate and irreversible. Phone numbers are deactivated instantly and cannot be recovered or transferred to another account.
