Build and send newsletters, offers and reminders yourself from the Team-Connect dashboard. Credits start at £14.99 for 1,000 emails, bought once and never expiring, with unsubscribe handling and consent checks built in and a support line in Macclesfield.
Email marketing in the UK is sold three ways, and the right one depends on the size of your list and who is going to write the emails.
You write the email, pick a template, choose who gets it and press send. Team-Connect charges per email sent, from £14.99 for 1,000, with no monthly fee. Right for a list of a few hundred to a few thousand contacts and someone in the business who can write a short email once a month.
A company plans the campaigns, writes and designs them, manages the list and reports back. You pay a monthly retainer or a per-campaign fee on top of whatever platform they send from. Worth it for large lists, regulated sectors or a business with nobody free to do it.
Team-Connect's Lite, Pro and Enterprise phone plans include 50, 100 and 200 email credits a month alongside the business number and AI receptionist, so a small practice or trade can send reminders and updates without buying a separate tool. Packs top it up when you need more.
One credit sends one email. Buy a pack once and it never expires, or take the same pack as a monthly subscription at the same price and cancel any time.

Everything below is in the dashboard today. Nothing on this page is a roadmap item.
Start from a newsletter, promotion, announcement or transactional layout, then change the copy, images, colours and buttons without touching code.
Each campaign goes out under your business name with the subject line and preview text you choose, so it reads as you, not as a platform.
Import your contacts and the platform removes duplicates and anyone on your suppression list before it counts the audience, so you never pay to send twice to the same address.
Send straight away or pick a UK date and time. The review screen shows audience size and credits to be used before you commit.
Every email carries an unsubscribe link. Opt-outs and bounced addresses are suppressed automatically from future sends.
Opens and clicks for every campaign, plus your credit balance, in the same dashboard as your calls and SMS if you use the phone system.
Every screen from signing in to pressing send, taken from the live platform.

Drafts, scheduled sends and everything already sent, with the results beside each, searchable and filterable.
Give the campaign a name, set the from-name and from-email your customers will see, and write the subject line and preheader.
Newsletters, promotions, announcements, event invites and transactional layouts, all mobile-responsive. Filter by what you are sending.
Desktop and mobile side by side. Not right? Back to the gallery in one click and switch as often as you like before sending.
Change the copy, swap images, set your brand colours and fonts, and drag in buttons, dividers or extra sections. The mobile preview updates as you work.
Send now, or pick the UK date and time. Suppressed addresses are excluded automatically.
One screen with the audience size, duplicates removed, suppressions applied and the consent check, so you know exactly what is going out and how many credits it uses. Results start arriving in the dashboard as emails are opened.
Three pricing models, and the difference between them matters more than the headline figures. The DMA's UK marketer email tracker put the average return at around £42 for every £1 spent (2019), which is why the channel is worth paying for at all; the question is how you pay.
| Model | What you pay for | Typical fit | Watch for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Per email (credits) | Each email sent. Team-Connect: 1.5p down to 0.58p an email, no monthly fee. | Small and medium lists, occasional or monthly sends, businesses that send when there is news. | Large lists sent to weekly will use a lot of credits; price the year, not the pack. |
| Monthly subscription | A platform fee that rises with the number of contacts you store, whether you send or not. | Frequent senders with a steady list and someone using the tool every week. | You pay for quiet months, and the fee jumps each time your list crosses a tier. |
| Email marketing company | A retainer or per-campaign fee for strategy, copy, design, list management and reporting, plus the sending platform. | Large lists, regulated sectors, or no one in the business with time to write. | Minimum terms and the platform cost on top. Ask what a single campaign costs end to end. |
6,000 emails a year. One 5,000 pack plus one 1,000 pack: £74.98 a year, about £6.25 a month.
24,000 emails a year. One 15,000 pack plus two 5,000 packs: £259.97 a year, about £21.66 a month. The 50,000 pack at £289.99 would cover two years.
1,200 emails a year. Covered by a Lite phone plan's 50 included credits a month with room to spare, or by one 1,000 pack plus the odd top-up.
Worked examples assume one credit per email and no list growth. Run your own numbers in the email ROI calculator.
Two sets of rules apply to marketing email in the UK. The platform handles the mechanics; how you built your list is on you.
Under PECR you need consent to email consumers with marketing, or the soft opt-in for people who bought from you or enquired and were offered an opt-out at the time. Every message must say who it is from and give a way to stop. UK GDPR governs how you store and use the addresses.
An unsubscribe link in every email, automatic suppression of anyone who opts out or bounces, a consent check on the review screen before each send, and audience counts that exclude suppressed addresses so you can see the clean list.
Team-Connect is operated by a UK company and processes your contacts under UK GDPR. Email delivery runs through SendGrid, whose infrastructure is partly outside the UK and is covered by UK international transfer safeguards. We do not claim UK-only servers, because that would not be true.
The ICO's direct marketing guidance is the authority on consent and the soft opt-in. If you are unsure whether your list qualifies, read it before you send; no platform setting makes an unlawful list lawful.
What each kind of business sends, how often, and what it costs in credits. Each guide is a page of its own.
Product launches, seasonal offers and loyalty emails to people who have already bought.
Retail email guide →Listing alerts to registered buyers and a monthly landlord update that keeps you first in mind.
Estate agent email guide →Newsletters, deadline reminders and case notes from accountants, solicitors and consultants.
Professional services guide →Midweek offers, event nights and a birthday club sent to diners who have been in before.
Restaurant email guide →Class timetables, renewal reminders and challenge invites that keep members coming in.
Gym email guide →Annual service reminders, seasonal offers and referral requests to every customer you have ever done a job for.
Trades email guide →Email carries detail, images and links and costs about a penny a message. SMS is read within minutes and suits time-sensitive messages such as appointment reminders and same-day offers, at a higher price per message. Most Team-Connect customers use both from the same account: email for the monthly update, SMS for the reminder the day before. The email vs SMS guide compares cost, open rates and use cases, and SMS marketing UK covers the text packs.

Packs are £14.99, £59.99, £139.99 and £289.99. There is no platform fee, no per-contact charge and no minimum term; credits bought once never expire.
Nobody at Team-Connect writes or sends your campaigns. If you want that done for you, you need an email marketing company, and the cost section above explains what to expect.
Delivery runs through SendGrid under UK transfer safeguards. We would rather tell you that than claim UK-only servers.
On Team-Connect, 1,000 email credits cost £14.99, 5,000 cost £59.99, 15,000 cost £139.99 and 50,000 cost £289.99, with no monthly platform fee. One credit sends one email, so a 500-contact list sent to once a month uses about 6,000 credits a year, around £75. Subscription platforms charge a monthly fee that rises with the size of your list whether you send or not, and an email marketing company adds a retainer for writing and running the campaigns on top of the sending platform.
No. You buy a credit pack and use it when you need it. If you prefer a steady top-up, the same packs can be taken as a monthly subscription at the same price and cancelled any time. Lite, Pro and Enterprise phone plans also include 50, 100 and 200 email credits a month.
No. Credits bought as a one-off pack stay on your account until you use them, so you can send when you have something worth saying rather than to a monthly deadline.
You do. Team-Connect is a self-serve platform: you pick a template, edit the copy and images in the drag-and-drop builder, choose your audience, schedule or send, and read the results in your dashboard. It is not an agency and nobody at Team-Connect writes campaigns for you.
The platform gives you the tools the rules require: an unsubscribe link in every email, automatic suppression of anyone who opts out or bounces, and a consent check before each send. Lawful marketing email in the UK still depends on how you built your list, so marketing to consumers needs consent or the PECR soft opt-in for existing customers, and every message must identify your business. Team-Connect is operated by a UK company and processes data under UK GDPR.
Yes. Import your contacts, and before each send the platform removes duplicates and anyone on your suppression list, then shows the final audience count on the review screen before you commit any credits.
Lite (£19.99 a month) includes 50 email credits a month, Pro (£79.99) includes 100 and Enterprise (£199.99) includes 200. Credit packs top that up at the same per-email prices, and you can buy packs without a phone plan at all.
Hire one if you have a large list, no time to write, and campaigns that need strategy, design and reporting from someone else; expect a monthly retainer or per-campaign fee on top of whatever platform they send from. If your list is a few hundred to a few thousand people and you can write a short email once a month, a self-serve platform and an hour of your time usually does the job for a fraction of the cost.
Start with 1,000 credits for £14.99. No monthly fee, no expiry, and the templates do the design for you.
