You can be up and running in less than 30 minutes! Simply sign up, choose your phone number, configure your business information, and your AI assistant is ready to handle calls. Our setup wizard guides you through each step, and you can customize your AI's responses anytime.
What languages does Team-Connect support?

Currently, Team-Connect supports English with British, American, and Australian accents. We're actively developing support for French, German, Spanish, and other European languages. Enterprise customers can request priority access to new language features.
How does second-based billing work?

Each plan includes a monthly allocation of AI seconds. Seconds are calculated from when a call connects until it ends, billed to the exact second used. For example, a 30-second call uses exactly 30 seconds, a 1 minute 15 second call uses exactly 75 seconds. Failed calls under 10 seconds aren't charged. Your seconds reset monthly and unused seconds don't roll over.
What happens if I exceed my monthly minutes?

If you exceed your plan's included minutes, you'll be charged for overage at the following rates: Starter Plan (£0.08/min), Professional Plan (£0.06/min), Enterprise Plan (£0.04/min). You can set spending limits to prevent unexpected charges, and we'll notify you when you approach your limits.
Can I cancel anytime? Do you offer refunds?

Yes, you can cancel anytime through your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for new customers. Since subscriptions are prepaid monthly, we don't provide prorated refunds, but you retain access to all features until your billing period ends.
